Return & refund Policy

At Equivita, your health and safety are our highest priority. Because supplements are ingestible products, we follow strict health and safety guidelines that prohibit us from accepting returns once an order has shipped.

All Sales Are Final

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns of supplements once they have left our facility.

This applies to both opened and unopened items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@myequivita.com.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement order at no cost.

We are not responsible for orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Customers should ensure a safe and secure delivery location.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before the item(s) are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

At Equivita, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

Refunds and replacements will only be issued in the following circumstances:

1.       The product arrives damaged or defective.

2.       The wrong item was received.

To request a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note:

In accordance with health and safety regulations, returns and refunds are not permitted for products that have been opened or used.

We do not accept returns for reasons other than those stated above.
